Emma has trained extensively. Her qualifications include:

200-hour Hatha - a foundational yoga teacher training course designed to certify individuals to teach Hatha yoga (registered with Yoga Alliance?)

Rainbow Kids Yoga certification - an international yoga teacher training program that teaches participants how to lead fun and creative yoga classes for children, teens, families, and communities.

Special Yoga for Special Children training, which uses a combination of poses, breathwork, and other techniques to support the development of children with special needs.

Advanced Special Yoga Practitioner certification

Hormone Therapy Yoga training, a specialised practice that combines yoga, breathing techniques, and anti-stress exercises to help balance hormones and improve endocrine function.

Teen Yoga Teacher Training - a certification course specialising in teaching yoga and mindfulness to adolescents (typically aged 11-18)

Yoga for individuals with Cerebral Palsy (CP) and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), which modifies traditional yoga practices to meet the unique needs and abilities of each person

Chair Yoga certification - to offer yoga to people who have limited mobility, are older adults, use wheelchairs or prefer a gentler practice.
