Explore our yoga offerings. Classes, one-to-one and group sessions are run by Emma. Yoga retreat days are often run in collaboration with other practictioners to provide a more expansive experience.

Yoga + Crystal Bowl Sound Healing — last Friday of every month

Emma is currently running a new monthly evening event blending calming yoga with the deeply relaxing tones of crystal bowl sound healing. A perfect space to slow down and reconnect.

With a warm drink and a light snack to round off the evening.

No need to bring anything with you, everything is provided.

  • One-hour classes usually booked in four-week blocks with drop-ins sometimes available.

    Monday,8.45am, Wake & Stretch

    A slow and mindful one-hour session to ease you into the day.

    Wednesday,10.30am, Beginner’s Yoga

    For those wanting to try yoga, whatever your experience and ability.

    Wednesday,6pm, Rest & Restore

    A lovely evening session to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and reset mind and body.

    Thursday7am Sunrise Yoga

    An early morning session to set a calm, positive tone for the rest of your day.

  • Book a private class customised for you. Ideal for a confidence boost, those facing health challenges or anyone who just wants a little more focused attention. can be in your home , Emma’s studio or somewhere alea of your choosing Contact Emma to discuss.

  • Bring yoga to your group or celebration. It might be a hen party, a relaxed birthday, team building corporate event or for a group of friends. Contact Emma to talk through options.

  • We host special one-off retreat days and stays throughout the year. These include day and half day retreats, yoga+swim or on the last Friday of every month yoga + soundbath.

  • Emma regularly works with schools, colleges, hospitals and other organisations to offer yoga to younger children, adolescents, and those with special needs. Contact Emma if you’re interested in bringing yoga to an organisation or as a one to one session.
